Indications of Abhyanga Pindswed Kit (Dhanvantaram):

• Muscular weakness and fatigue

• Joint pain, stiffness, and inflammation

• Postnatal care and rejuvenation

• Neuromuscular and degenerative disorders

• Paralysis and post-stroke recovery (as supportive therapy)

• Vata-related imbalances causing body ache and debility

• General wellness and tissue nourishment

How to Use Abhyanga Pindswed Kit (Dhanvantaram):

1. Abhyanga (Oil Massage):

   • Warm Dhanvantaram Taila (100 ml) slightly and apply it generously over the body or affected areas.

   • Massage gently with long strokes on muscles and circular motions on joints for 15–20 minutes to promote circulation and relaxation.

2. Pindswed (Herbal Fomentation):

   • Prepare the herbal bolus by cooking  with Tandul (250g) in decoction prepared from Bala Bharad (50g) and wrap the mixture in the Pottali Cloth.

   • Tie the cloth securely using the Pottali Tag to form a neat bolus.

   • Heat the bolus in warm dhanwantar taila for a few minutes, then apply it to the affected areas with gentle pressing motions for 15–20 minutes.

3. Post-Therapy Care:

   • Wipe off excess oil with a warm towel or take a lukewarm bath.

   • Avoid cold exposure immediately after the therapy to ensure the best therapeutic results.
