Abhyanga Swed Kit (Dhanvantarm) is Indicated in

• Joint pain and stiffness

• Muscular aches and fatigue

• Neuromuscular disorders (e.g., sciatica, paralysis)

• Arthritis and spondylosis

• Poor circulation and detoxification

• Stress, anxiety, and sleep disturbances

• Postnatal care and general rejuvenation

How to Use Abhyanga Swed Kit (Dhanvantarm):

1. Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Warm the Dhanvantaram oil slightly and add Saindhav pouch in oil and apply it generously over the body. Massage gently with circular motions on joints and long strokes on limbs for 15–20 minutes.

2. Swedana (Steam Therapy): After the massage, use the Bala bharad provided in the kit and put it in steam setup/ Nadiswed yantra (Device where water in put for steaming through pipe). Apply steam to the body to induce mild sweating, focusing on stiff or painful areas for 10–15 minutes.

3. Post-Therapy: Wipe off excess oil with a warm towel or take a lukewarm shower (avoid soap immediately after). Rest for a while to let the body absorb the therapeutic effects
