• Standard Adult Dosage: 1-2 tablets (250 - 500 mg), twice daily.

• With Anupan (Adjuvant): For best absorption and results, it is traditionally taken with honey or warm water. Taking it with a small amount of ghee is also beneficial to counter any potential drying effect.

• Timing: Best taken 30 minutes before or after meals, or as directed by your Vaidya.
