How to Use Abhyanga Swed Kit (Nirgundi):

1. Abhyanga (Oil Massage): Warm the Nirgundi Tailam slightly and add Saindhav pouch in it and apply it to the affected area or the whole body. Gently massage using circular motions on joints and long strokes on muscles for 15–20 minutes.

2. Swedana (Herbal Fomentation): After the massage, use the Bala bharad provided in the kit and add it in steam setup/Nadiswedan yantra. Apply steam to the painful or swollen areas for 10–15 minutes to enhance absorption and relieve discomfort.

3. Post-Therapy Care: Wipe off excess oil with a warm, damp towel or take a lukewarm bath. Rest for a short period and avoid cold exposure immediately after.
